Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for speech and debate? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Representative at the Professional Speech and Debate Association (PSDA).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including schools, organizations, and individual competitors

  • Present the benefits and value of participating in PSDA tournaments and membership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or event industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets

  • Familiarity with speech and debate activities is preferred but not required

Compensation: At PSDA, we believe in rewarding success. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission-based compensation structure. You will receive a profit share of 10% on all tournament profits, providing you with the potential to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales performance.
